One of the file types in the "Files of type" list within the "Open"
dialogue in Calc is "Quattro Pro 6.0 (*.wb2)" so it looks as if you
might be in luck.
OpenOffice is free to download and to use on any computer you like in
any context (business, education, personal, ...) you like for whatever
purpose you like. It's easy to install and to uninstall. Give it a try;
many people prefer it to MS Office ;-)
