There is no central contact point for telephone support. If you have questions about OOo please post to this list [email protected] Microsoft Powerpoint is only available from Microsoft. The OOo application you have downloaded includes an equivalent presentation program called Impress, which is capable of opening and saving files in Powerpoint format. Impress is not 100% Powerpoint compatible, but this is improving with each new version of OOo. Please note that this is public mailing list and all posts are archived and accessible to anyone with an Internet connection.
