Once you are subscribed you will find a world full of people able and

help with any problems provided, and this is important, you supply
sufficient
information about the problem, the version off OOo you are using and your
operating environment

Well it does work, apparently just not for you, so I'll reiterate. Give us
the
details of your version, your operating environment and I'll wager a pound
to a
pinch of salt that your problem will be solved in near real time.

Even if you decide to waste, sorry spend your money on MS Office, :-) your
previous typing will not have been in vain. All data files used by OOo are
stored in an open XML format and the content is readily available and can
be
readily copied and pasted into any other program's data files.

from what she writes that she has, in fact, subscribed to the list ...
