Thanks to Johnny, Adrian, and Brian. In any case it is a pain because
we actually generate the CSV file from the application. The default
precision was the easy one. It does appear that you have to select the
individual cells for the dates, which are surrounded by other fields,
but are few and can easily be fixed in a text editor if they are
missed. The precision was the most important. I did try Swedish, but
yy-mm-dd is as bad as the other formats.
