Jim, you didn't say which operating system you are installing to (or any other variables), so it is difficult to be specific in addressing your needs. It looks like you may have been able to extract the package, but haven't actually run the setup executable.
If you can tell us more about your environment and the steps you took to get to this point, someone experienced in installing to that environment may be able to help you.
