1.I'm trying to write a formula in a cell that based upon 3 or 4 possible situations in one cell will determine which of 2 values to put into the cell. I have gotten it to work partially, but can't seem to get it to work all of the time. The formula currently is:
 =IF(C16="State Funds";135;0)

The determining factor is really simple, in all cases where the text in say C16 contains State H16 = 135 otherwise H16 = 0. The determining field could contain just State Funds which is the majority of the time, or can also contain State Funds/Peachcare or State Funds/Wellcare. What is the proper way in the formula to tell calc that if the C16 contains State, and the above variations mentioned that H16 should be 135, otherwise put 0 into that cell.

2. I am also trying to copy the contents of this worksheet and plugging it into a template formed worksheet. I need to break the Master down into pages of 18 rows at a time, as the templates have preformated headers and additional formulas and the cells also have format info that I don't want to change. If I cut and paste all of the borders and font info gets changed so that I have to go back and change it back.

TIA

For part 1 use the formula =IF(LEFT(C16;11)="State Funds";135;0) which tests the 11 left-most characters of C16.

For part 2, please hope someone else can answer ...
