I spent hours trying to get my HP Photosmart AllinOne to print envelopes and
had many e-mails with HP tech support. When they were able to help me print
a proper envelope in Word '97 they were done. The printer would not print
No 10's or any other size envelopes from card programs that I had used for
years. I purchased a second printer, an inexpensive Epson, just to do
envelopes. So I conclude it is an HP problem but one they cannot help us
with.

I have a MacBook laptop (new) , am using openoffice.org.2.2, and an
HPPhotosmart (C6180 All-In -One )Printer. The printer will not print
envelopes developed in openoffice even though I have checked to make sure
I have designated #10 envelope in properties, loaded the envelope
correctly. The printer says papersize doesn't match or various other
error messages. I had my new printer checked out and they say it is a
software problem. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.
