Hello Dushan, For your colour changes, I can only suggest Tools > Options > OOo > 3rd but last option (Formatting?). I haven't found anything for the scrollbars.
The shortcut keys on my Mac are Apple+C, Apple+V etc.. Some people complain that they have to use Ctrl+, as on a PC, but I can use both.
