So? It's perfectly legal to sell OpenOffice. Read the licence. Some vendors sell it on CD for a minimal fee which is convenient for people who have slow or flaky or pay-by-the-minute internet connections. Some sell extra functionality they have implemented. Some sell it with support and/or training and/or consultancy. Some people sell it because there are ill-read buyers who don't know they can get it for free.

Point being it is misrepresented and they charge an exorbitant amount guised as /Microsoft Office Clone/.


They're not selling it as an MS Office clone. They're selling it as an alternative. While their price for a CD is OK, I don't like them charging for a download, unless they provide service or other benefit for that price.
