Sorry, I don't understand. If you have not installed OpenOffice why are
you asking us about your problem? Perhaps you don't realise that this is
the volunteer support group for the OpenOffice.org free office suite. We
and OpenOffice.org have nothing whatsoever to do with Microsoft - in
fact OpenOffice competes quite successfully with Microsoft Office.
If you installed Microsoft products and have problems with them, you
must ask Microsoft or the company from which you bought the products.
