The installation guide for Multipages says ============== begin quote =========== Installing MultiPages add-on Notice : you must extract the add-on file MultiPages.zip from the downloaded archive MultiPages1.1_fr.zip.
Installing on OpenOffice.org version 2 Open OpenOffice, menu Tools > Package Manager > Add Select file Multipages.zip and click on " Open " to start add-on installation. After installation open a new Calc document : you will see a small floating toolbar with a new icon. Put the toolbar at your convenience. Repeat operation with a new document Draw. ====== end quote ===== Presumably you have followed those instructions correctly ??? 2. The installation guide for Multipages mentions Openoffice version 2.0; perhaps 2.2 is not supported? Have you checked with the author? 3. Before installing the extension, did you shut down the Quickstarter? My experience with OO suggests that the Quickstarter frequently interferes with installing extra goodies like dictionaries, macros etc. It used to (haven't checked lately) even interfere with the list of recently opened documents and the word count of individual documents. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
