There is no filter for Hangul 2004, only Hangul 97 (I've checked OOo
2.2.1, 2.2.3dev, and StarOffice8. However, as Guy mentioned, H2004
supports XML so it's possible that you might be able to open up the XML
portion. Alternatively, you could try their viewer:

left hand side of the page:

and perhaps then cut & paste.
