I can't figure out a way to do it by format char/para. However, if it is
only an occasional line or two that you want to do this to for graphic
effect:

1. Select the entire 60 point line. Insert|Frame and that will convert
it to a frame. Adjust the size of the frame to only the size of the text
line, click on Borders and turn off bordering.

2. Do the same for the 18 point line.

3. Move the 18 point frame up into the 60 point frame & postion to how
you want them to appear. You can get the 18 point pretty close to the 60
point text by doing this.

Unfortunately I've not figured out select both frames so that they can
be grouped together if you want to move them as one.
