• The easiest way to use the fonts that are already installed on your
computer (mac fonts) is to say 'yes' when at installation
OpenOffice.org asks if you want the mac/system fonts installed.
(The previous problems with fonts on mac have been resolved - see the
Howto_OOo_2.0_MacOSX_english.pdf, point 3 (pp.9-10), to be found on
the website under http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/support.html ---
the 'fondu' program is no longer needed)

• If you want to install more fonts: File > Wizard > Install new fonts
from the Web.

If this doesn't solve your problem, please ask again with more specifics.
