Very interesting read. As I mentioned prevously, I am using Turboprint
drivers (Canon Pixma MP750) and PPD. I am also using CUPS 1.2.8 and I
have no problem selecting the upper or lower tray's via my print options
in OOo 2.2.1. I also checked under Print|Options and I do not have
"Paper tray from printer settings" checked.
