You bought it from someone other than OpenOffice.  There are many people
who sell OpenOffice on CD, who provide a service for those who cannot
download OpenOffice.  There are also some, such as the one you were
dealing with, that charge for nothing more than a download link.  I
consider these to be scum, as OpenOffice is a free download from
www.openoffice.org.  Go there and you can get it and any future version
for free.  I suggest you contact whoever you paid or Pay Pal, as you
were charged twice and never got what you paid for.  Please remember,
there is no charge, when you download OpenOffice from
www.openoffice.org.  Also, when someone sells OpenOffice, they are
supposed to mention it's a free download from www.openoffice.org.  Did they?
