I am using version 2.2 OpenOffice.org. No matter what document I open it will not print out in automatic black. The only way I can get any print is to change the text to the colour blue.
I have checked the cartridges and I can confirm they are both new colour and black cartridges. So far this problem happens in writer and calc. Please help me resolve this. It is anything to do with the details in Tools, Options, User Data regards Carole-Ann Critchley
