What she needs to do is how to save her documents in MS Office
formats. To do that she should use File > Save as to open the Save As
window. Then she needs to change the File type from
OpenDocument Text (.odt) to Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc). Then click
save after giving the file a name.
