Hi Pushpa
After downloading the software and installed it on vista, it is not
showing
up on any document or file. In fact the system requirements state for all
other windows os except vista.
Where did you read this? The official Openoffice.org web site says:
1. Windows all versions > 98
and in the installation instructions says
2. Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista Quick-Start Guide for
OpenOffice.org 2.0
What is it I have to do for it to be
recognized by vista?
Just to clarify:
1. You downloaded OpenOffice.org, double clicked the file and followed the
installation instructions?
2. When you look on the Start Menu, OpenOffice.org is not there?
