Hello Bruno.
In my previous employer, all of OOo users were set to save the files in M$ 
Office format. It didn't give us much trouble, except for 
occasional 'jumbled' formatting when the docs were opened in M$ Office.

One pitfall though. Watch out for Calc users who like to 'link' one file to 
another. OOo and M$ has a different format.
