And some are totally clueless.  I was doing some computer work for one
woman a few years ago.  While doing that, I noticed she was using Excel
to draw road maps!  She wasn't interested in using anything else, as she
knew how to use Excel.

But, really, that's the same as "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." If the current procedure suits the users needs then they have little reason to change. If, on the other hand, their computer breaks and they have to buy a new computer and can download OO for nothing but have to pay $400 for MSOffice, they may decide to make a change.
