I hate top posting.
I just installed the Postgresql sdbc 7.5 driver in OOo 2.2.1 on
Slackware Linux. I now have blank icons on that setup as well. It
appears that this problem appears when that driver is installed.

To take a screenshot press the print screen button, then open MS
Paint (in Start -> Programs -> Accessories) and paste (Edit ->
