[users] Enter key always goes to the cell below in spreadsheets

(Not sure if this is the way to reply to a post, I can't find a reply- 
to button on the web page.)

Actually what I want is down and right together, the way it works in  
MS Excel. So if you're on cell C4 and hit Enter you go to cell A5.  
Left or Right options just stay within the same row.
