Hmmm. Not the way M$ Excel works for me. <enter> from A1 puts me in A2, <tab> from A1 puts me in B1. (M$ Office 2003)

So if you're on cell C4 and hit Enter you go to cell A5. Left or Right options just stay within the same row.
