It's just at the beginning, 3rd line:

Maybe ... ;-)

In WinXP I could install v2.3.0rc1 (without system integration) side-by-side
with v2.2.1 by creating a directory OOo23rc1 and installing the unpacked files
with the command <setup /a>; for user directory there's only to change an
entry in <bootstrap.ini>.

For further information (for Linux too, but I am no judge of it ...)  e.g. ->
