The Windows version of ClamAV is called ClamWin and it can be found here: http://www.clamwin.com
I use this on all the Windows boxes I set up for customers. Just for good measure I use ClamAV on all my Linux boxes. All my e-mail is filtered through ClamAV, Spamassassin and Bogofilter.
