will it always be 2.2.1? can one be sure that your link will be
clicked within the period that 2.2.1 stays the latest stable version?
openoffice is a package in excess of 90mb and a user planning to
downloading that will try saving on loading just one web page?
hmm...they could probably consider apt-get.
