Lisa,
I'm still not sure what you are trying to do; what does "When I try to
scroll, TB won't let me b/c of the open Mailing List window." mean? *In
particular, what's "b/c"?*
I'm using TB 2.0.0.6 on Win XP. There's a Tool>Export menu which lets
you
export the entire address book to a CSV file. Does that help?

Not really Harold.
I'm trying to create a mailing list from within my Address Book.
not trying to send an email or export my address book
b/c= because...sorry.

What do you mean by a mailing list? Having got a CSV file you could
import it into Calc and use mailmerge with the Calc sheet as data source ???
