You cannot download 3.2, and that is probably because there is no such
version as 3.2.
Are you possibly talking about version 2.3, just released within the
past week?
If so, you do not need to delete 2.2. Version 2.3 should install just
fine with version 2.2 installed.
To answer why you cannot download 2.3, if that is your problem, you will
need to tell us what operating system you are using and what you have
tried to do that has failed.
