Here's an ugly way that works. There may be a better way.
1. Insert some returns below the second table.
2. Select the second table (every cell).
3. Drag and drop the table down a few lines using the mouse. This will
create a third table identical to the second, hopefully with a few lines
between it and the second table.
4. Put the cursor in the second table, and select Table / Delete / Table
from the menu.
I hope this helps, but I also hope someone has a nicer solution.
