Would you please tell us exactly what the whole line, or lines, about
being unable to download said? It would probably be helpful to know the
whole of the other messages, also, but I think the reason you were
unable to download would probably give us a clue to the whole issue.
I'm also not sure what your reference to MS Works pertains to.
