I am sorry that my reply is not going to be very helpful, other than to
let you know that when I open your file (with macros disabled) it
exports to pdf perfectly, with no evidence of Arabic/Farsi characters.

Just a guess, but could it have something to do with font availability
or substitution in your system configuration?

FWIW I am using OOo 2.3.0 on both Linux and Win XP.
