You can have a paragraph style for titles. That style can specify that
all letters are capitals, regardless of how typed.
Or are you looking for something that will capitalize the first letter
of every word except and, the etc.?

I am looking for the latter...When I create documents, I sometimes like
to organize partially by using UPPERCASE and Title Case.
