Does anyone know if there is such an add on floating around

As far as I know, it does not exist. However, all is not lost - it
should be easy to macro it.

First, for the sake of those who are not aware of what we are talking
about, in English the first letter of most words are capitalized, but
not for "unimportant" words. Unimportant is defined as the articles (a,
an, the), conjunctions (and, but, and a few more) and most
prepositions. However, unimportant words are still capitalized if they
are at the beginning of the title:

The Hundreth Day of My Despair
Despair Is Stuff That Wakes Us in the Middle of the Night

What constitutes an "unimportant" word varies slightly according to
whose style manual you are followng. For example, some style manuals
say to capitalize prepositions of more than a certain number of words
or syllables. Therefore, before proceeding you need to check the style
manual that you intend to use.

The happy thing is that English has only three articles (a, an and
the), fewer than a dozen conjunctions, and only a few hundred
prepositions. Every other word in the title will be capitalized.
Therefore, the easy way to do this is to have the macro start by
capitalizing the first letter of each word in the title. Then get a
list of English conjunctions, prepositions and articles and tell the
macro to search for each one in turn and, if found, turn it into all
lowercase. And finally, tell the macro to jump to the first character
in the title and make it uppercase.

I don't have time to mess with this (exam on Monday, but if someone
else creates the macro, please post it here so we can all use it.
