[users] Openoffice 2.3 and Dictianory 1.8

Hie,

I am using version 2.3 of openOffice.org, my problem is:

I can't install the dictianory 1.8 because when I lauch the file, all macro
is off for security macro.
How I can desactive the security macro to install all french dictianories?
