Not sure if this is the same problem as the OP is seeing; I think it is.
I'm using OO 2.2 on Win XP Pro. When I try to install a new dictionary
using the wizard I'm told that there is a new version - 1.8 - of the
dictionary installer program. I'm asked if I want to upgrade - from the
existing 1.7 version. If I say "yes" the next thing is "irrecoverable
error".
I have tried reducing the "macro security" level to its lowest but this
makes no difference. The Quickstarter is **not** running ;-)
What am I doing wrong, please?
