[users] Printing issue

[Bulk Mail]

I have not been able to get the print options to communicate with my  
printer. For example, if I indicate that I want more than 1 copy, the  
printer prints just 1 copy. Or if I indicate duplex, I get 2 copies  
on 1 side.
