On 9/12/07 I purchased Open Office Word from you and paid $49 for the same through Pay Pal, Receipt Number 1811-3554-7077-6290, Pay Pal charged my Amex credit card, Reference Number 4029357733 (not card number). To this date -- almost a month later -- I still have not received either an installation disc or an installation download from you.
Please tell me the status of this matter, failing which within a short time I shall instruct Amex to reject the $49 Pay Pal charge.
