I hope you are referring to a different person. I never sold OO. I'm just 
curious about the last part of your email regarding "Processing Key....". I 
very seldom read the email in the user group but your email caught my attention 
and I read your email and notice the note at the end of your email about the 
"processing key...."

You did not purchase OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org ... From this site
you can obtain OpenOffice for free... I would suggest you go back to the
place you purchased it from and ask your questions...
