Quit OpenOffice. Quit the Quickstarter. Then carefully read and follow
the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Then remove OpenOffice via Control Panel>Add/Remove. Do *not* try to
delete the software by hand.
Windows has got its knickers in a twist; happens a lot.
