[users] Open Office Loading

Hi,

I had Open Office installed in our office computers to replace the MS 
Office suite.  The chief complaint of our users is the slow loading of 
the software, particularly Calc.  May I know what causes this?  How does 
this suite load up/open?  Or, should there be something we need to do to 
make this faster?
