The error is simple:
In both Microsoft Excel and OpenOffice Calc, there is a fault in handling percentage.
Enter 5, then enter % from tool bar; result is 5%
Enter 0.5, then enter % from tool bar; result is 50%,
but I wanted to have 1/2 of 1% as the number in the location.
This isn't what I get. I'm using OOo 2.3, on Windows XP.
When I enter 5, then click the % tool, I get 500%
When I enter 0.5 and click %, I get 50%.
If I enter 0.005 and click %, then I get 0.5%.
