Hello Bill Seeing your mailadres, I presume you installed OOo on a Mac. That is to say: did you really install it, or just ran it after unpacking? (you should drag the OOo logo to your Applications folder to complete installation) Please read the install How-To at http://porting.openoffice.org/mac.
