I had an email from you and as a result I downloaded 2.3 version. This did not work and as I was unable to access my documents I uninstalled it. I now still cannot read my documents as there is nothing to open them with.
I desperately need to fix this as I have some exam papers I have written which I need to amend. Can you please help? I have the installation icon still on my desktop. Many thanks if you can. Margaret
