Whenever I try to start any of the programmes in the package I get a welcome screen asking me to click the 'Accept' button. However only two of the bottons are operative, viz. the '<<Back' and the 'Decline' buttons. The 'Accept' button is not functioning. How can I get past this screen ? Regards, Richard Elliott.
