Approach OO.o marketing for assistance.

Find out who makes the decisions at the school.
Approach their IT person, then Principal, then Board? in that order
(Board is country dependent).

Be prepared, migration is not just a download and install process. Think
about all the training materials they have built around works. Both for
the students and teachers.

Make sure you can stay the distance if you do choose to take it on.
