Dear Sirs,
 
Last night I spent the night downloading the open office software and now I  
cannot seem to find it. My system is a new Dell 531S Inspiron and I have  
attempted to locate the openoffice file on Internet  Explorer and the Vista Home 
Premium download manager.  Can you suggest  something?  My ISP is AOL and I 
have Windows Vista Home  Premium.

What you can try, is to start downloading again, but see where the download is going and then cancel, before actually staring the download. If you haven't done anything different, it should be in the same location. Or you could search for the file. It startes with "OOo_2.3.0_Win32Intel_install".
