I don't mind those who actually deliver something, such as a CD and some
offer more.  Some deals are better than others.  What I don't like are
those who only sell a download link.  They are charging money and
delivering nothing that's not available for free.  I also don't think
much of those who claim they're providing (paid) support and then send
the users here.
