I am afraid OO.o is not capable of handling this. If you have time you may
want to raise a request for enhancement allowing OO.o to honour the tab
marks even when they are outside the paragraph area.
Until 5 minutes ago, I would have said this is a silly idea, but the only
workaround to reproduce the desired formatting without the above
functionality seems to place the text in a two columns table which is far
from ideal.
