Hi, I'm emailing you again but this time with more details:

Hello: I downloaded and installed OpenOffice 2.3.0.  When I click the icon
on the desktop, the screen lists 3 folders and 10 files, none of get me into
any useful program when I click on them.  I am a long time Word user.  What
am I missing?  How does one start the program?

I'm using Win XP prof on a laptop with processor: Intel Pentium M 760
(2GHz/2MB Cache/533MHz FSB).  Memory: 512MB RAM.
